I was trying to make a pencil sketch look for one of Aaryan’s Photo. I try to search google to see how can I do that with photoshop. I found some plugin that did the fair job but cost some $$. There are few other tutorial available that simply ask to make negative of main photo in grayscale and do some other tricks. But the results are not so good for me. Probably I am not able to use that tutorial well.
Suddenly my brother remind me of colour Pencil Artistic Filter, and here I go with my method. I convert he photo to Grayscale and apply Color Pencil. And got the look I need.
Few things that I learn is:
1. better remove the background if you can
2. Use less detailed image for better result
But all that method works for me well, though other methods are good and provide different kind of pencil sketch.
