SCORM and Learning Management system

Recently I was working on a SCORM 1.2 Standard SCO package. Now what is that, well those know SCORM define it as “Shared Content Object Reference Model” .. each to say.  SCORM is a standard define by ADL and they regulate its standard. Currently SCORM 2004 is latest version of it, though I have to work on older version i.e. 1.2. Infact, I have to make a SCO for SCORM 1.2 standard. SCO (“Shared Content object” ..if I am not wrong) is a Module  for Learning Content Management system (LMS) that compliant to SCORM standard.

We try many thing to get it working but nothing works good for us, until we found a very good LMS package creator TinyLMS. This package give me a good idea if I compliant to standards or not with ADL test Suite. Both of these tools are free to use. Though these two need one more helper, that is SCORM Manifest file creator Plugin for Dreamweaver. Plugin is known as Manifest Maker for ADL SCORM 1.2. This is a very good and easy to use tool. Using these three free tools I finish my job, well almost. Final call from customer is still pending.

But a good experince to learn new things and standard
